University of Portland invites applications for the STAT Ambassador role, a part-time student employment opportunity to engage alumni, parents, and friends of the University. You will support fundraising, scholarship funding, program budgets, and campus services while developing skills in sales, communication, and relationship management.

Shift times are Monday-Thursday 5:30-8:30 PM, Friday 2-5 PM, and Sunday 2-5 PM, with a growth path into future terms.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking to people on the phone.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, respectful, and reliable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a diverse audience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback.
• Able to handle personal information with confidentiality.
• Available to work two of the scheduled shifts listed above.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate positive relationships between the University and alumni, friends, and parents.
• Communicate with prospective donors through multiple channels in a professional manner.
• Create video, email, and text content for donors.
