Job summary

University of Mary in Bismarck, ND seeks an Alumni Relations Coordinator to organize and coordinate alumni programs, strengthening ties between the university and its alumni. This role supports the Office of Alumni Relations with a focus on engagement and events.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of related experience, effectively communicate across platforms, and contribute to fundraising and outreach efforts on campus and in our regional hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Supports the ongoing implementation Ex Corde Ecclesiae, the apostolic constitution on Catholic colleges and universities.
• Builds a culture of ready and earnest hospitality in the Office of Alumni Relations and throughout the university.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the Alumni Association and alumni groups as assigned.
• Promotes and fosters effective alumni relations through written communication and personal contact with constituent groups via email and social media platforms.
• Enters data into Raiser's Edge accurately and exports data using critical thinking.
• Develops and implements alumni events, activities, outreach efforts and event registration.
• Fundraising efforts include leading on donor engagement activities and events.
