Queens University of Charlotte seeks a Director of Alumni Engagement, Queens, to plan, implement, and manage alumni engagement opportunities. The director serves as an ambassador, building strong relationships with undergraduate and graduate alumni and engaging them in meaningful ways through communications, experiences, volunteerism and philanthropy.

The role oversees leadership annual giving prospects, reunions, and campus activities, collaborating with volunteers and the Alumni Association

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; seven to ten years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, events, or volunteer management preferred.
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit advancement is a plus.
• Alumni relations and donor engagement experience considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Foster relationships between the University and alumni, donors, and volunteers.
• Lead planning and execution of alumni events and reunions.
• Coordinate with volunteers in key cities to support campus activities.
• Support giving day activities and alumni advocacy initiatives.
• Develop and manage an alumni engagement program aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee Homecoming planning and engagement activities.
• Lead development of affinity programming for alumni engagement.
