Alumni Relations Officer
A full-time, professional academic staff position is available in Alumni Office beginning December 1, 2026. The working title for this assignment is Alumni Engagement Coordinator with an official title of Alumni Relations Officer. The Alumni Relations Officer manages the major functions of alumni engagement at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Plans and leads the implementation of major alumni events, and activities in alignment with strategic initiatives and objectives, including homecoming, award programs, young alumni focus, networking and social activities, and resource development.
The Foundation and Alumni office consists of 25 colleagues focused on and committed to the proactive engagement of alumni and friends in supporting the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This includes giving programs to effectively generate private resources for the University’s benefit and events across the U.S. to engage and steward alumni. The unit works to effectively communicate with 100,000 Blugolds alumni and more than 10,000 annual donors to the UW-Eau Claire Foundation. The salary range for this position is $55,000-65,000. Commensurate on qualifications and experience.
