Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Coach and counsel graduates toward college and postsecondary opportunities.
• Develop high-impact strategies addressing academics, finances, and independent living.
• Build systems to communicate with alumni and coordinate with supporters.
• Ensure a smooth transition to persistence coaching and ongoing support.
