Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute lesson plans that teach rigorous content while building college-ready habits.
• Contribute to each student’s college success through strong execution and individualized planning.
• Deliver daily feedback to students, in-person and through grading, to move them toward mastery.
• Record, analyze, and act on data frequently to monitor progress and inform instruction.
• Grow from strong teachers, engage in professional development, and collaborate across teams to remove barriers for scholars.
