Job summary

Westmor Industries is seeking a skilled aluminum welder to join our Shawnee, KS team. The role involves reading blueprints, preparing weld surfaces, and welding to specifications with training provided.

Hours are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We offer weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with 5% company match, life insurance, and spot bonuses.

Job Description

Westmor Industries is seeking a skilled aluminum welder to join our team to take on a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to follow safety procedures, maintain an organized workspace, and follow appropriate weld procedures, with training provided for the right person.

• Read and interpret blueprint drawings and dimension styles accurately.
• Prepare weld surfaces according to specifications and requirements.
• Set up and adjust welder settings to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Perform welding tasks in compliance with industry codes and procedures.
