Job summary

CRA – Commercial Residential Aluminum is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator focused on aluminum products such as railing and ornamental pieces. The candidate should be detail-oriented with strong welding and fabrication skills and capable of contributing to a safe, efficient weld shop environment.

The role involves supporting daily shop operations, maintaining quality and timely production, and working to deliver high-quality aluminum products while upholding 5S standards and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in welding, fabricating and the use of shop equipment.
• Ability to fabricate and weld aluminum products including railing and ornamental pieces.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as directed by Management.
• Inspect and receive weld shop inventory according to purchase orders.
• Monitor weld shop supplies and inventory levels and report concerns or shortages.
