We are seeking a highly skilled Rail Fabricator to join our miscellaneous metals team. This role is ideal for a candidate with extensive experience fabricating and assembling complex railing systems with a strong focus on quality, precision, and efficiency.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble railings including stairs, guardrails, handrails, ornamental rails, etc.
• Interpret shop drawings, field measurements, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Perform layout, cutting, fitting, welding, and finishing of various metals (steel, stainless, aluminum).
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with shop supervisors, project managers, and detailers to resolve fabrication challenges.
• Maintain production schedules and communicate delays or issues proactively.
• Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently (saws, welders, grinders, etc.).
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced fabricators as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
• Must pass pre‑employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
