Job summary
Nassal seeks an Aluminum Welder/Fabricator to join our Metal Department, producing high-quality welds and assemblies for iconic projects. You will read blueprints, weld with MIG/TIG/Sticks on aluminum and steel, and operate shop equipment in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications
- Read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- MIG welding experience required; TIG preferred.
- Experience with structural steel and aluminum welding.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety regulations and wear PPE at all times.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and cut lists accurately.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Operate fabrication machinery such as shears, brake presses, ironworkers, and drill presses.
- Prepare, assemble, fit, and weld components according to design specifications and tolerances.
- Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project codes and standards.
- Collaborate with peers, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals and project timelines.
- Participate in ongoing training to build technical proficiency and industry certifications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
