Qualifications

• Must have welding certifications in 3G and 4G across disciplines.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work at elevations greater than 5 inches.
• Must be able to wear a respirator when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Obtains tools needed and sets up equipment.
• Binds pre-assembled and tacked components.
• Performs good, cosmetic sound welds.
• Inspects work and removes excess weld, slag, and splatter.
• Leaves little to no rework when complete.
• Troubleshoots equipment.
• May gouge/grind to adjust seams or remove weld reinforcement.
