Kaizen Lab Inc. in Houma, LA, seeks experienced aluminum welders for long‑term, onsite positions. Candidates must have at least 6 months of aluminum welding experience with GMAW-P and pass a hands‑on 3G/4G aluminum welding test, including overhead position progression.

They must also complete pre‑employment medicals (drug screen, audiogram, respirator fit, PFT), be clean shaven for testing, and have reliable daily transportation. This is a long‑term, onsite opportunity with potential for growth.

LONG TERM Positions

• Must have a minimum of 6 months of Aluminum (GMAW-P) welding experience
• Must successfully demonstrate the ability to pass a hands‑on 3G/4G aluminum (GMAW-P) pulse welding test with the 3G position uphill progression and 4G entirely in the overhead position.
• Must pass pre‑employment medicals to include: Drug Screen, Audiogram, Respirator FIT and PFT
• Must be clean shaven for testing
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily
