Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable manufacturing associate in the Lehigh Valley, PA area to perform powder blending, packaging, and forklift-driven material movement.

The role involves screening and blending aluminum powder, packing into drums or railcars, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing stairs during shifts while working in an exposed indoor/outdoor environment; training available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to train for forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Screening and blending aluminum powder, tending blending towers.
• Packing aluminum powder into 55 gal drums, Supersacs or railcars.
• Moving packed material with forklift.
• Loading aluminum ingots into furnaces.
• Removing molten metal from furnaces.
• Housekeeping and maintaining clean work areas.
• Climbing 3 flights of stairs to blending towers several times per shift.
• Exposure to year-round weather elements.
