RC Industries in Elkhart, IN is seeking an experienced Aluminum MIG/TIG Welder for the 2nd shift. You will weld parts to print, maintain high quality, and ensure timely production while following safety rules and RCII policies.

You will also mentor teammates, participate in incident investigations, and contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and delivery performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 years’ experience aluminum MIG/TIG welding.

Responsibilities

  • Weld parts to print using MIG/TIG, keeping equipment clean and parts on schedule.
  • Ensure items move according to schedule via Shop Floor Mobile; perform in-process checks and report defects.
  • Maintain 5S compliance and complete timely labor reporting.
  • Mentor and train teammates to meet delivery dates and customer expectations.
  • Participate in safety meetings and follow RCII policies; engage in lean manufacturing activities.
  • Wear PPE and adhere to safety rules at all times.

Uphold RC Industries quality model by conducting all in-process checks as well as report any defects to your Front-Line Leader 4. Ensure 5s assignments are complete 5.
