The position offers base pay of $95,000–$110,000 per year, with profit sharing eligibility, an annual bonus target up to 10%, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Several years of melt shop or foundry supervisory experience.
• Strong aluminum alloy background preferred.
• Ability to run a three-shift operation and ensure consistency.
• Experience guiding an hourly workforce.
• Working knowledge of furnace operations and precise composition control.

Responsibilities

• Lead twelve workers across three shifts in aluminum melt operations.
• Maintain alloy composition accuracy, primarily aluminum.
• Schedule furnaces and manage casting output across shifts.
• Supervise shift staff and develop team.
• Enforce safety protocols for molten aluminum and high heat.
• Monitor yield and scrap for consistency across shifts.
