Qualifications

• Several years of melt shop or foundry supervisory experience.
• Aluminum alloy background strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead an hourly team.
• Experience with furnace operations and composition control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of twelve across three shifts, four per shift.
• Own alloy composition accuracy and casting output.
• Manage daily furnace scheduling and casting output across shifts.
• Supervise and develop shift staff and enforce safety protocols.
• Track yield and scrap, ensuring consistency across shifts.
