Production Castings, Inc. is seeking a dependable Aluminum Furnace Operator to join our Die Casting team at our Fenton, Missouri facility. Work four days a week, Monday through Thursday, with a 3-day weekend and weekly pay.

This role maintains furnace operations, controls alloy temperatures, and supports handling and preparation of aluminum in the die casting process. We value safety, reliability, and the ability to perform routine tasks with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be safety-conscious and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain furnaces and aluminum used in remelt furnaces, bull ladles, and rotary degassing equipment.
• Monitor and maintain alloy temperatures within established control limits.
• Clean furnaces to prevent premature equipment failure and maintain efficient operation.
• Perform processing operations including degassing to avoid defective product.
• Monitor furnace conditions and identify equipment or process concerns.
• Operate a forklift as needed to support furnace and material handling operations.
• Follow procedures, quality requirements, and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate equipment, material, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Complete assigned duties with limited supervision.

Production Castings, Inc. is seeking a dependable Aluminum Furnace Operator to join our Die Casting team at our Fenton, Missouri manufacturing facility.

Work four days a week, Monday through Thursday, and enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.

This position is responsible for maintaining proper furnace operations and supporting the handling and preparation of aluminum used throughout the die casting process. The Furnace Operator plays an important role in maintaining correct alloy temperatures, preventing casting defects, and keeping production running efficiently.

We're looking for someone who is safety-conscious, dependable, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and able to perform routine and repetitive tasks with limited supervision.

What You'll Do
