Job summary

Fabrication Solutions LLC., a small custom metal fabrication company in Oakland Park, FL, seeks a reliable Installation Technician to handle field setup and install prefabricated aluminum structures at various sites. You will also support the shop as needed, with no fabrication work required.

Responsibilities include mounting railings and frames, transporting materials, and making minor on-site adjustments under guidance from an on-site supervisor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of field installation, construction, or general shop experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Safety-toe boots and long work pants required daily.
• Ability to lift ~80 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Read architectural layouts or installation diagrams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field Installation: mount, anchor, and secure aluminum systems at residential/commercial sites.
• Loading & Transport: secure products on trucks and transport to sites.
• Field Modifications: drill, cut, or adjust on-site for precise fit.
• Shop Support: assist fabrication team with material handling and prep.
• Follow on-site supervisor directions and ensure safety at all times.
