Job summary

Fabrication Solutions. LLC. is seeking a reliable Installation Technician to handle field setup, alignment, and installation of prefabricated aluminum structures at various job sites in Florida.

You will support the fabrication team with light shop duties when not in the field, reporting to an on-site supervisor who manages client communication. Responsibilities include mounting systems, transporting materials, and performing on-site modifications for precise fit.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of field installation or related experience.
• Proficiency with power tools and measurement/alignment tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to transport tools.
• Ability to lift ~80 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Field Installation: mount, anchor, and secure aluminum systems at residential and commercial sites.
• Loading & Transport: secure products and transport to designated locations.
• Field Modifications: drill, cut, or adjust on-site for level and square fit.
• Shop Support: assist fabricators with material handling and workspace prep.
• Team Coordination: follow on-site supervisor instructions and ensure safety.
