Position:Shop Fabricator / Installer (Small Projects)

BNB Metals, LLC is a growing ornamental and miscellaneous metal subcontractor based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We specialize in high-quality custom metalwork for residential and commercial projects throughout South Florida.

We are seeking a Shop Fabricator / Installer to support small-scale projects from fabrication through installation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‑on role, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working both in the shop and in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate small metal projects such as storefronts, gates, and miscellaneous items
• Operate shop equipment including saws, drills, and grinders
• Read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists
• Assist with layout, assembly, and preparation of materials
• Install finished products at local job sites
• Coordinate basic job tasks and complete work with minimal supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in metal fabrication and/or installation
• Ability to read and interpret basic fabrication drawings
• Experience with common installation methods (anchoring, leveling, fastening)
• Comfortable working in both shop and field environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Forklift experience is a plus
