Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Metal Fabricator / Assembler to produce aluminum structures per CAD specifications. This hands-on role requires reading CAD drawings, operating shop equipment, and assembling parts with precision in a production setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in fabrication/assembly, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is a plus and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and tolerances.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Experience operating shop tools such as saws and drill presses.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble aluminum structures per CAD designs.
• Read CAD drawings and interpret tolerances and material specs.
• Operate saws, drill presses, chop saws and hand tools safely.
• Ensure final assembly meets engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve discrepancies.
