Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a hands-on maintenance expert for a fast-paced aluminum manufacturing facility. You’ll diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to restore uptime and keep throughput steady.

You’ll perform preventive and predictive maintenance, maintain extrusion presses and related equipment, and troubleshoot conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating machinery using a multimeter and schematics.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on hydraulics and pneumatics in production settings.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and bearings.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Safe, self-directed, and responsive during breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair aluminum extrusion presses and supporting equipment.
• Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating equipment.
• Use a multimeter and schematics to locate faults and verify fixes.
