Job summary

API Heat Transfer in Franklin, Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Brazer to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble and braze heat exchanger components, read blueprints, and inspect products for quality throughout the process.

This full‑time role offers an early shift (6am–2:30pm), opportunities for training and advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid holidays and time off, competitive pay, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, brazing, welding, or fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment.
