Job summary

Responsibilities

• Trade Support & Settlement: support trade execution, settlement, and lifecycle events for alternatives transactions across debt, private equity, real estate, and other non-traditional assets
• Asset Onboarding & Data Integrity: assist with the setup, maintenance, and validation of alternative investment assets, legal entities, counterparty details, and related reference data to support accurate downstream processing
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, custodians, trustees, administrators, and other internal and external partners to resolve operational issues and support timely execution
• Process Improvement & Controls: contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, reduce risk, and enhance the scalability of PIMCO’s alternatives platform
