Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team in Massachusetts. The 24-hour crisis unit provides short-term stabilization as a less restrictive alternative to inpatient care, with shifts scheduled on weekends and nights.

The role offers part-time hours (16 hours) with shift differentials and a focus on medication administration, health monitoring, and recovery-oriented care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelor’s degree).
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, high-quality care.
  • One year of experience in an acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with recovery oriented treatment approaches for individuals with severe mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document clients' self administration of medications while ensuring safe medication practices.
  • Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with direct care staff as needed.
  • Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities that promote recovery and overall well-being.
  • Deliver strength based, solution focused nursing interventions and support individuals in developing Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) and safety plans.
  • Complete assigned clinical documentation and participate in required trainings to support high quality care.

We are seeking an experienced LicensedPracticalNurse (LPN) to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. In this role,you’llprovide specialized nursing care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program that serves as a medically necessary, voluntary, and less restrictive alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.

Our CCS program features a newly renovated 10 bed unit where individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis receive short-term stabilization and support. Typical stays range from 3 to 5 days but are flexible based oneach individual'sneeds.

Part-Time | 16 Hours

Hours:

  • Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Friday & Saturday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

LPN shift differentials for the Stabilization Unit position are:

  • 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Sat & Sun only) = Base + $1.00
  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (ANY day of the week) = Base + $2.00
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00PM (Monday through Friday) = Base + $1.00

What You Will Do:

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary Range

$31.25 - $36.06 USD
