Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Alternate Project Director to provide continuity of leadership for a Government Researcher Engagement Consulting Services IDIQ. This role serves as Key Personnel and will support day-to-day program execution, stepping in for the Project Director during absences while maintaining uninterrupted contract performance.

You will lead planning, staffing oversight, and deliverable quality, coordinating with Government business owners and the Contracting

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Government library, archival or cultural institution clients.
  • Advanced degree in survey research, library or information science, public policy, social science or related field.
  • Experience serving in a deputy, alternate or backup leadership role on a Government services contract.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills supporting an orderly transfer of leadership responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of federal travel regulations used to schedule and budget on-site research activities.
  • Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Survey development and leadership.
  • Evaluation design and execution.
  • Research data collection.
  • Statistical analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the designated backup to the Project Director and assume full responsibility for contract performance, staffing and deliverable quality when required.
  • Support the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research assessing researcher behavior, engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist with process development, requirements analysis, risk management and program and business-process analyses.
  • Support project planning, scheduling and reporting for researcher-focused studies.
  • Lead planning, scheduling and reporting functions when the Project Director is unavailable.
  • Participate in regular meetings with Government business owners and the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
  • Maintain familiarity with open issues, decisions and the status of active work streams.
  • Conduct quality-control reviews to ensure deliverables comply with contractual quality standards.

Description

TeleSolv is seeking an experienced Alternate Project Director to provide continuity of leadership for a Government Researcher Engagement Consulting Services IDIQ. Designated as Key Personnel, this professional will support day-to-day program execution and must be prepared to assume the Project Director’s full responsibilities during an absence, period of unavailability or departure. The successful candidate will independently meet the qualification standards established for the Project Director and help ensure uninterrupted contract performance, staffing oversight and deliverable quality. This role is well suited to a disciplined, adaptable leader who can work independently, remain fully informed about active task orders and provide a seamless transition of program leadership when required.


Key Responsibilities
