Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an Alternate Program Manager to cover for the Program Manager at Camp Mackall, NC and Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires a Secret clearance and a strong Special Forces background with extensive program management experience.

Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business management or 15 years in Special Forces, plus at least 5 years managing contractor staff on a DoD contract of similar size and complexity. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or higher, or 15 years Special Forces experience.
• United States citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Special Forces background with extensive program management experience.
• 至少 5 years as a program manager managing a contractor workforce on a DoD contract of comparable size, scope and complexity (use English phrasing only).

Responsibilities

• Act for the contractor on all contract matters when the PM is absent.
• Support planning, direction, and coordination of contractor manpower and team activities.
• Interface with the Government COR and COTR.
• Meets or exceeds the same qualifications as the Program Manager.

Job description

Position Title: Alternate Program Manager Location: Camp Mackall, NC, Fort Bragg, NC Clearance required: SECRET Scope of Work: Acts for the Program Manager in the PM's absence with full authority over daily contract operations, ensuring the Government always has an empowered point of contact for continuity of training support.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Act for the contractor on all contract matters when the PM is absent
• Support planning, direction, and coordination of contractor manpower and team activities
• Interface with the Government COR and COTR
• Meets or exceeds the same qualifications as the Program Manager
• Special Forces background with a minimum of 15 years of military/professional experience in program management related positions
• At least 5 years of experience as a program manager managing a contractor workforce on a DoD contract of comparable size, scope, and complexity
• At least 5 years of experience in exercise planning and logistical support within Special Forces, preferably to USAJFKSWCS
• Must have been a program manager within the last five years
• Education: bachelor's degree in business management or higher from an accredited university or college, or at least 15 years of Special Forces experience
• United States citizenship required (legally documented aliens only per AR 25-2 approval)
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Active Secret clearance required
