Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail with strong sewing and alteration abilities.
• Ability to read, count, and write to complete required documentation accurately.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week when needed.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform standard alterations (pant hems, waist and seat adjustments, rise and tapering, coat sleeves, side seams, lower collar adjustments).
• Maintain quality by ensuring clean finishes, secure stitching, even seams and proper pleating and pressing.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring tailoring supplies and requesting replenishment as needed.
• Support front-of-house activities and participate in customer consultations, offering guidance on alterations and garment fit.
