Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Seamstress/Tailor to perform alterations and ensure quality service at our Houston store. You will hem jeans and pants and handle other alteration tasks to meet guest specifications with accuracy.

You will operate Buckle sewing machines, manage alteration logs, and maintain an organized work area while supporting a positive team atmosphere. Prior sewing experience is preferred, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• 1–3 months sewing, fitting or alteration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location.
• Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications.
• Accommodate Guests with on-the-spot alterations when requested.
• Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for alterations.
