Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Alterations Associate to sew garments and perform alterations, supporting a quality in-store shopping experience. You will assist customers and explain alterations services while handling minor repairs with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of alterations experience, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sew garments and perform basic to advanced alterations, including work on sleeves, backs, sides, collars, and bodices.
• Complete minor repairs, such as replacing buttons.
• Provide customers with information about alterations services and respond to inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, quality work on time and to customer specifications.
