Buckle in Tempe, AZ is seeking a part-time Seamstress/Tailor to fulfill alterations for guests in a fast-paced retail setting. You will perform quality alterations, follow guest specifications, and use Buckle sewing machines to complete jobs with accuracy.

The role requires 18+ and 1–3 months of sewing/alteration experience. Flexible hours including evenings/weekends are possible to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months sewing/alteration experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform precise alterations.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location.
• Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications.
• Accommodate Guests with on the spot alterations when requested by Store Leaders.
• Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations.
• Use Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations.
• Measure and mark alteration lines; pin altering folds.
• Remove stitches and resew merchandise using needle/machine.
• Press merchandise and remove spots or stains as needed.
• Record all work and follow the alteration log; uphold productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report supply needs.
