Job summary

Buckle in Branson, MO is seeking a part-time Alteration Teammate to perform quality clothing alterations at the store and uphold Buckle's customer service standards. You will follow ticket instructions, use the provided sewing machine, and ensure alterations meet guest expectations.

This role requires 18+ and may involve flexible hours including seasonal peaks. Prior sewing or alteration experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is acceptable. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related sewing/alteration experience or training.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location.
• Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications.
• Accommodate Guests with on the spot alterations when requested by Store Leaders.
• Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations.
• Use Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations.
• Record all work and follow through on the alteration log.
• Maintain a clean, organized and stocked work area.
