Qualifications

• Previous fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred with 2-3 years.
• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and mark alterations.
• Perform fittings and alterations according to Nordstrom guidelines.
• Meet productivity goals while following processes and procedures.
• Use store technology to manage and organize alteration needs.
• Educate customers and staff on fit, style, and construction.
