Qualificações

• Previous fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience is preferred (2–3 years).
• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Measure customers for size and mark areas for alterations.
• Perform and complete customer fittings and sewing alterations on time per Nordstrom standards.
• Meet department and individual productivity goals.
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize alterations needs.
• Collaborate with Alterations & Store Team to deliver customer expectations.
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, construction, and trend in a professional manner.
