The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in the successful operation of the Alterations department and delivering superior customer service. The CSR is responsible for providing an A+ customer experience to David’s Bridal customers and reports to the Store Manager. Responsibilities include welcoming and servicing customers, making appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickups.
