Qualifications

• Candidates must be professionally competent in all basic and most advanced alterations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and own the customer experience.
• Measure, fit, mark, and pin garments per specifications.
• Disassemble, sew and reassemble garments; prepare for customers with iron/steamer.
• Repair damaged or defective merchandise.
• Handle alterations from basic to moderately difficult.
• Maintain a clean department and work area.
