Job summary

Brobston Group seeks an experienced tailor/alterations specialist to modify garments while preserving or improving construction quality. You will assess fit and plan alterations to meet client specifications in a professional environment.

Responsibilities include sewing adjustments across seams, shoulders, sleeves, coats, linings, collars, and pockets, plus operating sewing equipment and inspecting finished work for quality. Prior experience in tailoring or industrial sewing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a tailoring operation or industrial sewing environment is preferred.
• Exposure to a variety of garment styles and fabric types is preferred.
• Ability to read English, understand instructions, and perform basic arithmetic.
