Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking an experienced Aircraft Survival Equipment Technician II to perform organizational-level ALSS maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspection for the F/A-18 variants assigned to NAS JRB Fort Worth. The role requires diagnosing malfunctions, working with aircrew survival gear, and ensuring compliance with NAMP, safety protocols, and data tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining aircrew survival equipment (PR/ALSS).
• Familiarity with NAMP protocols and safety for oxygen handling.
• Experience with packing and inspection of life-saving gear.

Responsibilities

• Perform ALSS maintenance, testing, and repair on aircrew survival equipment and flight gear.
• Inspect and pack life support components per specs. Use advanced test equipment.
• Log actions and serials in military data tracking systems (NALCOMIS/OOMA).
• Support flight line operations and shop tasks, ensuring safety and readiness.
