Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Strategic Account Liaison to support the launch and growth of its Rare Neurology Franchise.

The SAL will communicate complex clinical data and treatment pathways to ALS Centers of Excellence and health care providers, advancing patient access and care. The role focuses on launching FUS-ALS and navigating hospital and payer processes, with collaboration across Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to address barriers and optimize patient

Qualifications

• Understand complex disease states and articulate complex clinical data and outcomes.
• Educate on disease state awareness, screening, and diagnostic pathways.
• Identify and maintain relationships with HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Demonstrate ability to navigate hospital purchasing, coding, and reimbursement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive patient access and support programs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical data, protocols, and access programs to ALS Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders.
• Develop regional strategic account plans using market insights and data.
• Navigate site of care, patient onboarding, and therapy initiation barriers.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Patient Support to remove barriers to therapy.
