Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking an ALS Paramedic for Ground Transports, based at High Point with a 7pm–7am night schedule and a 36-hour work week. Qualifications

• Paramedic certification from an accredited program or an A.A.S. degree in paramedic studies or equivalent.
• Three years of Emergency Service experience preferred.
• Maintains BCLS and state OEMS EMT-P certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care.
• Communicate effectively with the ED team and patients.
• Ensure patient safety and privacy in transit.
• Document care in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Support Optimal Patient flow through the ED.
