Qualifications

• Must possess a valid PA Paramedic license or obtain one within 120 days.
• Current advanced & basic cardiac life support (ACLS & CPR) certificates.
• Minimum of two years of EMS or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness and manage department performance.
• Mentor and manage staff to promote quality and safety.
• Process payroll accurately and timely.

Skills

Knowledge of Maryland’s EMS system

Computer knowledge (hardware and software)

Ability to satisfy the role of Paramedic Transport Technician

Education

Associate of Arts degree or completion of 60 credits toward a Bachelor's degree

Accredited paramedic training program
