Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an ALS Lab Manager to serve as the technical lead for eDiscovery data processing services supporting the DOJ Civil Rights Division.

You will manage the processing queue, oversee a team of eDiscovery professionals, and ensure compliant production and timelines. The role includes providing technical support for the CRT RelativityOne environment, evaluating new plug-ins, and collaborating with attorneys and case managers on workflows and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience with RelativityOne data processing and eDiscovery workflows.
  • Experience managing processing queues, technical work orders, quality control, and litigation productions.
  • Experience leading or coordinating eDiscovery and data-processing teams.
  • Strong understanding of ESI specifications, data processing, productions, and quality-control requirements.
  • Experience supporting attorneys, paralegals, and case managers in litigation and eDiscovery environments.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple processing requests, manage deadlines, and maintain high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for eDiscovery data processing and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Manage and prioritize the data processing queue and ensure work orders are completed according to established requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of eDiscovery data-processing professionals.
  • Perform quality control (QC) of processing activities, work orders, and related deliverables.
  • Ensure incoming and outgoing productions comply with applicable ESI specifications, stipulations, and technical requirements.
  • Support the senior systems team in verifying production specifications and resolving technical issues.
  • Consult with attorneys, paralegants, and case managers on eDiscovery best practices, ESI requirements, and processing workflows.
  • Keep the COR informed of processing-queue status, priorities, issues, and completed activities.
  • Provide technical support for the CRT RelativityOne environment, including user and account creation, adding users, and basic administration.
  • Assist with the evaluation of new RelativityOne plug-ins, capabilities, and infrastructure-related requirements.
  • Participate in Rule 26(f) conferences and provide technical eDiscovery guidance as needed.
  • Identify and troubleshoot processing and production issues and coordinate appropriate technical solutions.
  • Monitor processing activities and workflows to help ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to case-specific requirements.

The Opportunity

CACI is seeking an ALS Lab Manager to serve as the technical lead for eDiscovery data processing services supporting the DOJ Civil Rights Division. This position will manage the processing queue, work orders, quality control, and team of eDiscovery professionals while supporting litigation teams with electronically stored information (ESI) and production requirements. The ALS Lab Manager will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, senior systems personnel, and technical teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing and production of litigation data. The role will also provide technical support for the CRT RelativityOne environment and contribute to the evaluation of new capabilities, plug‑ins, and infrastructure‑related requirements.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$84,900 - $178,400
