Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC seeks EMT-Basic professionals to operate on an advanced life support ambulance team. Responsibilities include responding to calls, patient care, and accurate documentation. Certification in EMT-Basic and BLS is required, along with NIMS training and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• State of NC EMT-Basic certification required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Completion of NIMS 100/200/700; valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Inspect, clean, inventory and restock ambulance; report deficiencies.
• Respond to calls and travel to requested locations.
• Provide medical care including airway, bleeding control, splinting, and bandaging.
• Drive ambulance safely and in accordance with driving practices.
• Document patient care and collect billing information.
