Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a passionate part-time Instructor for Cooper Spur Mountain Resort. You’ll teach group and private lessons, helping guests of all ages gain confidence on the snow while fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.

This role emphasizes strong skiing/riding skills, PSIA‑AASI prerequisites, and a commitment to mentoring guests. You’ll join a team that values guest focus, teamwork, and memorable mountain experiences.

Qualifications

• 18+; PSIA-AASI prerequisite courses completed
• Ability to ski or snowboard safely on blue terrain
• Passion for teaching and mountain environment
• Strong communication and guest services skills
• Able to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Background check for minors where required

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private ski/snowboard lessons
• Foster safety and an inclusive learning atmosphere
• Help guests build confidence and have fun on snow
• Work with team to ensure guest satisfaction
