• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Audits and balances front desk functions, posts information and prepares daily and monthly front desk reports.
• Also provides guest services and ensures smooth operation of the front desk.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
