Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurses (LPN) to join its float pool across Illinois. Earn $45/hour for RNs and $37/hour for LPNs, with flexible scheduling including PRN, full-time, and part-time opportunities.

As a member of the float pool, you’ll rotate through units such as memory care, rehab, and long-term care, enjoy shift differentials and overtime options, and have room for professional growth while helping residents receive excellent

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families.
