Allure Healthcare Services is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Float Pool across Illinois locations. Earn up to $45/hour as an RN and $37/hour as an LPN with flexible scheduling and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care per care plans and physician orders.
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families.
