Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our float pool across Illinois. Earn $45/hour for RNs and $37/hour for LPNs with flexible scheduling including PRN, full-time and part-time roles.

Gain experience across units such as memory care, rehab, and long-term care while exploring shift differentials, bonuses, overtime opportunities, and ongoing professional growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families
