You will educate clients on products and guide them to the coverage that best fits their needs in a collaborative, results‑driven environment.

Base salary starts at $35,000–$45,000 with top earners reaching $53,000 in commission; licensing assistance, leads, and ongoing training support your success and growth as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have prior sales experience.
• Property & Casualty license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients; assess insurance needs and provide advice.

• Market research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
