Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; particularly Excel, (v-look-up/pivot tables).
• Strong organization, analytical and planning skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work cross functionally and influence key collaborators.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet all deadlines within a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough knowledge of store, district, and regional level performance through extensive data analysis.
• Apply allocation strategies to impact financial performance of selected departments.
• Continuously analyze and manage inventory levels to drive sales and margin.
• Collaborate with Merchants and Field to communicate allocation strategies and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate with Allocation Team to ensure data accuracy and share guidelines.
